As developments continue to unfold with the coronavirus (COVID-19), it is clear that the metro Atlanta area is facing a few tough weeks ahead. From the onset of this dire situation, Document Strategies, Inc. (DSI) has been actively monitoring details and assessing all risks, and will continue to do so. For our customer, employees and our communities, DSI feels a need to share the efforts we are making to minimize the impact of this virus on the people we serve.
DSI is being proactive with new and ever changing coronavirus policies and procedures by establishing strict courses of action. Effective immediately, our service staff and delivery personnel will wear rubber gloves at each call and will be diligent in making certain of intensive device cleaning and wipe downs to include operator panels, screens, etc. Gloves will be properly disposed of upon completion of each call and in addition to extensive hand washing, hand sanitizer will be used before and after each call.
Utilization of remote/virtual meetings will reduce and replace face-to-face department meetings. Backup staff will be available in the event employees require time off to care for their families, or in the remote case of possible quarantine.
During this threatening time, DSI is committed to your safety by monitoring developments in order to quickly adapt and continue to provide needed products and services by way of the safest means possible. Times of challenge are opportunities for growth and understanding.
